I thought I'd re-post some Halloween stuff from last year.
These bags were super easy and I don't want to insult your intelligence by writing a tutorial. However....here goes. Cut the top of a white bag into a rounded shape. Glue on googly eyes. Now you have a "Boo Bag"!
